Taqueria Mina is a hidden gem in Austin! 🌮 I recently dropped by for brunch and was blown away by their Chilaquiles. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the portion was generous! The cozy yet casual atmosphere made it a great spot to unwind.

I also loved the outdoor seating; perfect for soaking in the Texas sun while enjoying a refreshing cup of coffee.

The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, making it a fantastic spot for solo dining or a relaxed meal with friends. I'll definitely be back for dinner! 😊
