Taqueria Insurgentes is a hidden gem nestled inside a Shell gas station, and it's worth a visit! 🌮 I swung by for some breakfast tacos and opted for the barbacoa and chicharron. The homemade tortillas were incredibly fresh and elevated the flavors perfectly.

They have a simple but satisfying menu, and I appreciated the casual vibe. Just a heads up, drinks must be purchased from the convenience store, but their agua de sandia was a refreshing option!

My only wish is for a bit more meat variety. Overall, a delightful taco spot that’s great for a quick bite! Will definitely be back for more... 😋
