Tacos El Rincón de Jalpa is a hidden gem! 🌮 Located inside a casual shopping center, it feels more like a charming food truck than a typical restaurant.

I can’t get enough of their carnitas tacos - so flavorful and satisfying! I also tried the chicken fajita burrito, though I wish it had more veggies. It’s perfect for a quick lunch or a late-night snack.
