Taqueria Insurgentes is my go-to spot for authentic Mexican comfort food! 🌮 Located conveniently at Exxon, it’s perfect for a quick bite or a cozy family meal. I always order the quesadilla, which is simply delightful, but the star here is definitely the green salsa - spicy and sweet, it’s to die for!
