Usually, the food is hot and fresh, but on 2/5/24, it was the worst that I've ever had.
The wicked wings and fried okra were so stale and hard.
It wasn't edible at all! Too bad I was home in Hurst when I checked.
The staff was great .

The food I have had here has always tasted good, that’s not where my issue is.
I have ordered online twice from this location and each has been a disaster.
I know they use an outside source to deliver the food, but they are the ones putting the order together.
Both time I have ordered (and getting for my kids too so it’s not a cheap order) I am missing a lot of the order items and things are made incorrectly. When I call to tell them, they just say they use an outside source to deliver and don’t offer any kind of fix. $58 is a lot of money to spend on a meal that is made more than 50% incorrectly or missing. I did look at my receipt and the order is clearly on there correctly. I have not ever encountered this issue ordering online from other locations which is why I thought maybe the first time was just a fluke.

Horrible rude staff, I emailed to complain and no one ever got back to me nor responded.
I use to be a loyal customer despite always leaving there annoyed of how rude the staff is.
However, I no longer will overlook the bad service.
Will not be returning.
