Taqueria Cortés offers a delightful taste of Mexico right in Salinas! 🌮 I recently stopped by for breakfast and went with the Huevos Rancheros, which was simply unforgettable. The rich sauce paired perfectly with the fluffy eggs, and the homemade tortillas were a showstopper. My partner enjoyed the Breakfast Enchiladas, which also impressed.

The laid-back vibe and friendly staff made our experience even better. With prices around $22 for two hearty meals, it’s a solid choice. Can’t wait for my next visit...!
