Samurai Japanese Restaurant offers a delightful escape into Kyoto-style cuisine right in Salinas. The sushi here is wonderfully fresh, with a creative array of rolls that won't break the bank. I especially enjoyed the soft shell crab, which was perfectly crunchy!
