Panda Express in Northridge Mall offers a casual dining experience perfect for a quick meal. I recently dropped in for a quick bite and was impressed with their service. The mixed vegetables were fresh, and the chicken teriyaki had that perfect glaze. The fried rice, however, could use some improvement; it had a slightly burnt flavor that was hard to overlook.

Despite this, the atmosphere was lively and great for grabbing lunch between shopping. Will likely return for another round! 🍜
