Not the most life changing pho… it was average on the broth but I’ve had pho all over the world so my bar is kinda high! 🤦🏻‍♀️ They were so nice, great location, easy service, and great options! So happy we tried it!

Came with a friend who really wanted to try their Bun Bo Hue, as she's a huge fan of a good authentic bowl of it.
I ended up ordering the pho as it's my first time and that's how I usually judge a Vietnamese place.
Both were just okay, my bowl was rather small and lacking in ingredients (I think it had 4 small pieces of beef), though the broth was really decent, as well as the beef being tough, which is extremely disappointing for pho, and same for the Bun Bo Hue, which I also liked the broth of, but found the beef extremely tough and not tender at all. Great service, the lady who brought out our food was extremely friendly and efficient, as well as the decor, was nice, with a modern touch and I really enjoyed admiring the collage on the wall.
Also liked the chili crisp and oil they provided.
Other than that, not much to say, way better Vietnamese options elsewhere in the valley.

We just happened to be walking by and decided to give this place a try.
We are so glad we did! The food was full of flavor and the perfect amount of spice.
Two entrees under $30 and a nice sit down ambience.
The tots were perfectly crispy with their sauce and the pho was so tasty and flavorful.
Will definitely be adding this place to our Great Spots to Eat in SLC! See you again soon, Tamarind.
