Tacos Alvizo La Guadalupana is a cozy spot in the Rio Rancho Super Mall that's perfect for casual dining! 🌮 I swung by for a late-night bite and tried their Al Pastor burrito - it was crunchy on the outside but the meat needed a bit more seasoning.

However, the true star was the salsa - tangy and flavorful! The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a good spot for a quick meal. I'd love to see them expand their menu, maybe a salsa bar would be a fun addition! Overall, decent place for a quick taco craving... 🌟
