Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The staff is always friendly, and came here around 3pm Saturday the place was always packed both inside and outside.
Waited about 10-12min for food to arrive after paying.
The ketchup dispensers were coming out very slowly.
The restaurant is clean and bright with various decor such as Elvis, disco ball, skateboard, etc.
There's also some Raising Cane's merch available as well.
We always get extra Texas toast whenever we come to Raising Cane's.
The sauce is tasty, the sauce is sort of like combining thousand Island with ranch.
Food was fresh and piping hot.
Raising Cane's is dog friendly, just grab a seat outdoors with your furry friend.
We like to substitute the coleslaw with a Texas toast instead.

I've had more than a few issues with this spot, first the season never seems to be seasoned, the bread is never toasted properly and third they serve the fries in a plastic container that sweats and immediately wets the chicken and the fries !! Then, more of an irritant is this policy of giving half pieces or nugget like pieces when the tenderloin is clearly a bigger piece of chicken!! Ibfind it upsetting that they do not have a uniform or standard chicken sizes!! The sauce they provide is barely enough to finish yer chicken or fries!!! I hate having to continue to ask twice for what I already paid you for once!!! At least the management is aware they are robbing you and they don't put up much of a fight to replace the short comings of their policy!!! No excuse for the prices they're charging !!! I'd like free chicken for the 10 times we didn't receive the standard size and didn't know this was a policy!!

I have only had food from here one time a few years back and from what I remembered, it was pretty good.
My son and I went to this specific restaurant and the food was incredible! We couldn't get enough of the chicken.
So fresh, tender chicken, breading was just perfect and the extra fries, no coleslaw for mine and the extra toast with fries for his, everything was spot on to perfection.
The only downside was there was about a 30 minute wait (the line to order the food & wait time for the food to come out) but it was still well worth it.
I will be eating here a lot more, from now on.
