I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant.
The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly.
The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that you have a very modern style.
Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great! Maricela always greets me with a great positive attitude very kind of her !

Terrible place and service , paid 12 dollars for a torta and they didn’t put no lettuce onions or any toppings on the sandwich that I asked for just meat and a bun… what kind of joke is this .
I don’t recommend anyone coming to this business .
I hope the owners see this because I tried calling them for them to fix my order and they wouldn’t answer the phone absolutely terrible service .
Now I’m stuck with a 12 dollar plain sandwich with just meat on it

A torta with just meat and a bun, I'd be upset as well.
What time did you visit and was it on the 15th? We don't have tortas like that so I definitely want to see what happened on our side so it doesn't happen again.
Also, what did they say when you ask for a refund, again please let me know when you visited because from what you're saying, our policy would have been to give you a refund.
Again I'm sorry to hear about your experience, this definitely isn't what we normally hear from our guests.
