WARNING: I Went to the Palo Alto location for the first time to buy so called breakfast Tacos at this location, which were Carne Guisadas.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
WHOEVER PREPARED THESE TACOS YOU SHOULD BE A SHAMED OF YOURSELF.
I AM SURE IF YOU WERE SERVED THESE TACOS YOU WOULDN'T EVEN FEED THEM TO YOUR DOG.
IN WHICH I GAVE TO A HOMELESS DOG WALKING BY.
I wouldn’t give these tacos to a homeless person.

I Love this location..😊 Every time I stop here drive thru attendant is always kind and welcoming.
They never fail to offer anything new on the menu.
My food is always great!.
This is my favorite spot for take out in the area.

I have been going to this location pretty often in the last few months.
It's been pretty decent. Learning the ups and downs of the mobile app.
This is the first place I've ever ordered a mobile order from that let me buy an item that was sold out and charge me for it or offer me an equal value item.
It seems more of an issue for the mobile app,As most apps for other food places would not let you buy an item that is sold out. I was told to talk to customer service to get my money back for churros we had ordered,which is not exactly user friendly.
You are directed to take a survey with hopefully them contacting you.
Mobile orders with no communication to the restaurant.Less incentive to use mobile app with that issue.
Hopefully in the future they have a sold out function by 2025. Normally the staff I talk to is very friendly.
As for the food the day this happened we were given the wrong sauces for our Chicken Flautas we had ordered,on top of being charged for churros they didn't even have.
We did not see it until we got home.
Should have checked before we left.
Drove back and did not even get an apology,was a different person than we were used to seeing.
Our food was cold by then and I had to reheat it at home.
Anyways I hope in future they can try to earn a 5th star.
I'll try to order directly from the store next time to avoid being charged .⭐
