First time here.
Let me get to the point.
The burgers didn't have flavor.
The meat was dry with burnt edges.
The trimmings (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles), tasted fresh and crisp. The chili cheese fries were okay.
The chili is canned no beans style.
I feel if they added onions it would cut down on the greasy taste and possibly bring out more of the canned chili flavors. Regular fries had a mix between over cooked and a little soggy.
They do not have any type of seasonings on them. If you tend to need to drink a lot while eating, I highly suggest you get a large drink because refills for both sizes is $0.50. The lady who takes your order is a sweetheart.

It is a small great place for home style burgers.
We had the Berry's special burger (comes with grilled onions and jalapenos), a large burger with cheese, chili cheese fries, large fries, and 3 drinks.
We spent around $36 for 3 people.

A jewel of a burger joint on the south side of San Antonio, impressively good all the way around.
Tried the Berry's special burger and it was delicious 😋
