I ordered online & I was a little early for pick up.
I was given attitude immediately & was told "it's supposed to be ready at 5:16" but she was very rude about it.
I also asked if the pickles could be removed from a sandwich & the cashier & one of the line acted like it was the biggest inconvenience! They had a conversation about it & were making comments right in front of me! It made me upset & uncomfortable 😒 I didn't get a name but it happened on January 1, 2024 between 5 & 6 pm.
I haven't been here in awhile & I DONT recommend this place at all.
The rude employees will ruin your mood & your meal.
Not to mention, I tried to be as polite as possible, just to get attitude! It also wasn't even busy.
When I pulled up, I was the only customer.
I will not go back.

This place needs a new General Manager.
They always stop making food around 9pm and constantly telling customers they sold their last food item they requested or tell them it’s going to be a 45 minute wait Sending customers to park not to mention they claim they never received mobile orders.
They lock there doors 1hr prior to closing.

I used the drive thru around 7pm and whoever answered gave me an attitude, just to tell me that they only had chicken to complete 1 meal.
It wasn't that busy and still took them 30 min to give me my food.
This place needs a new manager.
