I recently visited Taco Bell with high hopes of enjoying a quick and satisfying meal.
However, my experience was marred by the insistence on using the kiosk instead of interacting with a human cashier.
As someone who values the personal touch of human interaction, this requirement left me feeling disappointed and disconnected from the dining experience. Additionally, the absence of a human touch made me question the level of customer service and attention to detail at this Taco Bell location.
Without someone readily available to address any issues or concerns, I felt a sense of isolation as I dined. Overall, while the food at Taco Bell may satisfy my cravings, the lack of human interaction detracts from the overall dining experience.
I hope that in the future, Taco Bell will reconsider their reliance on kiosks and prioritize the importance of human connection in providing exceptional customer service.

Orders take a little longer than usual at this location if you are ordering in store, but that's not really a big deal for me, though.
The older lady that works up front is always super nice to me.
Always appreciate her.

Ordered from the mobile app and got my food, it was cold and my chalupa was not even cooked.
Obviously they need to physically handle it to prepare and no one knew it was still raw!?
