I did a mobile order and went to pick it up.Definitely more to the story, but I don’t even care to go into detail but I will.Despite the initial convenience of placing my order through the mobile app, the experience took an unexpected turn.As I arrived at the restaurant to collect my food, I was met with a unwanted reply and hand gestures.It seemed like an orchestra of disarray and frustration played out before me. The line designated for mobile order pickups was unusually long, snaking its way through the restaurant.Impatiently, I joined the queue, hoping to receive my order swiftly and escape the pandemonium.However, as minutes turned into what felt like hours, my patience wore thin.People around me grew increasingly restless, their grumbles echoing through the air. The limited staff seemed overwhelmed, trying to manage both the influx of dine-in customers and the growing pile of mobile orders.What should have been a quick and convenient process turned into a frustrating wait.The restaurant buzzed with a mix of annoyance and disappointment, as everyone shared the same sentiment: their expectations had not been met. While I stood there, contemplating whether to abandon my order and seek sustenance elsewhere, I couldn't help but reflect on the situation.Perhaps it was my own negligence for not ordering elsewhere.Lesson learned.

Tacos where cold the burger felt like it was sitting out, then when I asked for it seemed like they just reheated up. I know it's fast food but don't mean your supposed to give someone reheated food 😒 the restaurant was empty with someone else dining in with eating already.So I don't see what's the problem is

I waited in the drive through line for 15 mins before I finally was up to order.There was only three cars in their parking lot and three cars ahead of me, they were not that busy so I feel like that long wait was unnecessary.Because of the long wait, when it was finally my turn I rushed to place my order and pulled up to the window.And because I rushed ordering I forgot to tell them that my child wanted meat and cheese only on her kids meal burger.The response I got was, "it's already made." I was surprised at that response.I told them "well, she won't eat it like that so can I please have it plain".And they told me that I would have to pull in the front and wait even longer.There was nobody behind me so I don't understand why I would have to pull into the front and wait even longer than I already did.20+ mins for 2 burgers at a drive through had me annoyed by this point.I would be more understanding if this restaurant was busy...but there was not many people there at all.I just canceled my order and left.Waste of my time.
