Vietnamese restaurant
Came here on a whim.I was starving and was craving phĹ.I enjoyed the dining area, as well as the music playing.I also enjoyed watching a lady cutting and prepping veggies, sitting by a booth.I know everyone in the kitchen was working extremely hard.A gentleman was waiting for takeout when I walked in, and he looked anxious by maybe 25-30 minutes of waiting. My phĹ finally came.It was a giant bowl. As I tasted the broth, I immediately tasted the lemon grass. The temperature was perfect, everything was fresh, it tasted, absolutely amazing.I have to day it was delicious. I do see myself returning, simply because of the food being as good as it was.And it was only $15. Although, being that, there was only one person in the kitchen, my food did take a whileâI would say about 35-40 minutes.I was in no hurry and enjoying my evening, but if youâre in a rush, donât skip it, just order ahead of time.
Tiny place, small crew, but the food is outstanding. The chef learned various culinary techniques traveling around Asian countries. The pork chop dish is his personal favorite, taking a slow cooking process to keep all the juices inside and the chop moist.
This place is amazing! The food is of high quality ingredients and you can tell the owners care about the business.Friendly service as soon as you enter.Clean and cozy interior as well.Would definitely recommend! 5 food / 5 service / 5 atmosphere
