I just went to Taco Bell through the drive-through and and it did take a little while for them to give me my food because they were shortstaffed, but all I know is that they try their hardest and I just want a good review.
Both of the young men were very nice and polite and people got to remember ever since Covid happened.
It’s like nobody wants to work, these young gentleman trying their hardest and people just need to have patience because like I said remember people don’t wanna work anymore and that young man even gave me two coupons for free taco which is very nice of him and he was very apologetic even offer a free drink on the house but I told him no I don’t need any sodas but I think both of the young men did a great job for being short staffed.
They kept their cool and they were calm so good job to them both.

Please tell your employees to acknowledge customers at front counter.
Multiple times I have come in and employees will walk by the counter and not even offer a "hello" or "be right with you".
Bare minimum.

We ordered with a service cashier and she messed up our order but the burrito I had them recreate was amazing.
No complaints on the food but the lobby was super dirty.
The tables were sticky to the touch.
And the homeless seem to come up to my aunt's all of them that were loitering.
So I would say this location should work on that but other than that they made the food great so thanks to taco bell for that
