COATI is a gem nestled in Colorado Springs! 🌟 The food court vibe combines so many delicious options, like the shrimp & grits I had and my husband’s poke tuna bowl.

The atmosphere is vibrant and community-driven - definitely a place to relax with friends. They even welcomed me for a photoshoot, showing how accommodating they are!

Just a heads-up, food service wraps up early, so plan accordingly. But trust me, the eclectic choices and lively environment are worth the visit. Can’t wait to return! 🍽️✨
