La’au’s Taco Shop is a hidden gem in Colorado Springs! 🌮 I recently tried the crispy tofu and cauliflower tacos, and they completely blew me away - so flavorful! The homemade guacamole is a must-have.

The atmosphere is trendy yet casual, perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed lunch. I also enjoyed their huli huli chicken burrito for dinner, which was filling and delicious.

The service was friendly and fast, though do check your bill for the automatic gratuity! Don’t miss this delightful spot... I’ll definitely be back! 😊
