Sushi Row is a gem tucked away in Colorado Springs! 🍣 The atmosphere is trendy yet cozy, perfect for a casual night out or a romantic date. I visited during happy hour and enjoyed their refreshing vegan sushi tacos alongside a standout spicy salmon roll.

Everything tasted fresh, and the unique combinations left me wanting more! The staff made us feel right at home, and my bartender, Lexy, was an absolute delight.

Though it’s popular and can get crowded, the quality of the food is definitely worth the wait. Can’t wait to return! 🎉
