Saigon Cafe is a gem in downtown Colorado Springs! 🌟 My first visit exceeded all expectations. I enjoyed the chicken fried rice, which was fresh and bursting with flavor, paired perfectly with a crispy egg roll. Equally impressive was the Vietnamese bowl with egg rolls - simply delightful!

The atmosphere is contemporary and relaxed, making for a lovely dining experience. The friendly staff were attentive and answered all my questions. I can’t wait to return and try their famous cucumber salad and Bahn Mi! A true must-visit for Vietnamese cuisine lovers... 🍜
