Taco Bell

The employees I've experienced here are typically quite nice.
However, the food is awful 90% of the time.
I've had two orders remade here due to incorrect items, missing items, etc and they STILL get the orders wrong.
They're always out of something, avocado ranch, red sauce, what have you.
It's a wait without or without a line of cars in the drive thru.
Not sure what's going on here that a brand new store is so inefficient and unable to produce simple fast food items.
Pictured is a quesadilla I had remade and just like the first one it was completely uncut, with zero chicken inside it, unmelted cheese (did it even go under the press?) everything piled in the center and no ingredients in majority of the tortilla.
Taco Bell you guys need to get a team out to this store to help get it in order!!

It's rare that Taco Bell aligns with good food, good service and order accuracy.
So far, this location has done very well all on 2 of the 3 (I checked my order at the window and found they had forgotten the cinnamon twists at first - always check before you leave😎).
All of the food was fresh and tasty.
The staff member at the window was very nice.
Overall, I was happy and my Taco Bell craving was satisfied 😁

33 minutes for a single cheesy bean and rice burrito.
What the actual hell.
I only gave 2 stars because when I asked the kid making food, he bumped my order up in line.
Kid hated his life, though. On top of the stupid long wait, it was painfully obvious they were prioritizing the drive through orders over online or in store orders as I'm sure corporate grades them on their speed of drive-through.
They desperately need to hire more people and staff for dinner rushes accordingly.
Good God this was a horrible experience.
I don't think I'll visit this location again.
And I'm the kind of guy to leave 5 stars for a taco bell if they deserve it.
This is only a review of THIS location.
