The Manhattan Room Tapas Kitchen in Colorado Springs is a gem! 🎉 My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there, and we loved the jazzy atmosphere and live music.

We dove into a variety of tapas, including the phenomenal sticky toffee pudding - my new favorite dessert! The serrano ham croquettes were a highlight, too. While the chicken empanadas missed the mark, the hanger steak was perfectly cooked.

Service was quick and friendly, and the cocktails were impressive. Be sure to grab a reservation, especially on busy nights! Can’t wait to return for more... 🍷✨
