I used to order from here all the time, but never again.
I've noticed that the quality of the food has gone downhill within the past year, but tonight I had my food delivered and found a SLUG in my food...
which can carry diseases, not to mention the food was cold, even though the Taco Bell is not far from where I live.

The young gentleman who works at the drive-thru window during the late nights is very kind and courteous! (My complaint isn’t about him.) Unfortunately, my order was horrible! I didn’t realize until I got home that the bottom of my bag was wet! When I opened it, my hard shell tacos felt like soft shell tacos! I live less than 5 minutes away, so they weren’t in the bag for long! These tacos are very wet! I don’t know if it’s the grease from the beef, or the water from the tomatoes or lettuce! Now, I’m going have to throw this mess away and loose my $10.74! I’ve been at work all day, and now I have to go to sleep hungry because I’m too exhausted to get back out! I’ve been eating at this Taco Bell for years, and lately the food quality has been declining! Someone needs to contact me for a refund! This is ridiculous!!!

Terrible, never again! Then I tried to talk to the manager about my order and fixing it, not only did he deny the remake but he also offered to put my lettuce and tomatoes in a paper towel to fix my missing vegetables complaint.
I’m a Chef myself, and good customer service is way more important than anything else.
As long as this Samuel Jackson look a like is there I will go 4 miles away to another location before I go the convenient half a mile away to this location.
I love Cantina Tacos but my experience at this location has changed.
