Taco Cat is a hidden gem! 🌮 Located in a gas station parking lot, don’t let its food truck exterior fool you - this place is serving fantastic tacos. I tried the birria tacos for the first time, and they were absolutely delightful, especially with the lime and salsa.

The Horchata was heavenly! My wife loved her asada torta too. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, making it perfect for lunch or dinner. Just a heads-up, the menu prices vary a bit at the truck, but it’s definitely worth every penny. Can’t wait to return for that birria pizza! 😋
