I ordered a junior frosty and a large fry.
It took them over 10 minutes to get my order and they sealed up the package with my fries.
When I got home and opened it up the fry container was less than half full.

so that's my "fresh" large fry, fish sandwich, and bourbon bacon sandwich.
You can have it back.
$20?? 5 guys cooks it fresh right in front of you.. standing outside 10 minutes in the cold waiting for refund.

The absolute worst experience that I've ever had with Wendy's! They not only used vulgar language with welcoming me at the loud speaker,but they couldn't undertake the difference between a digital order and a regular order.
They tried just selling me chili compared to what I had ordered! If I wanted Chili, I would ordered that! After 20 minutes of waiting for my order, watching the associates splash drinks at a car that was driving back in into the drive thru, I finally had to knock on the door of the establishment.
One associate was asleep in a booth while a second associate was in the back.
They eventually gave me my order,but couldn't give me the location number or the 1 800 number.
Don't waste your time with this location! They are an absolute joke!
