The store was incredibly understaffed.
However, I want to give a huge shout out to the manager, Sheila.
She continued to inform every customer of the issue and worked as hard as possible to get food out quickly.
From my experience, and what I was seeing, food was being brought out very quickly and as quickly locations I’ve seen that are fully staffed.
The quality of food, despite being short staffed, was better than a few other locations in the area. The most impressive thing that I saw was when the power flickered, and all of their systems went down.
It caused every order to be lost and issues with taking orders as the systems were still down whenever I left. However, Sheila handled it with grace and efficiency while still trying to get all remaining orders out.
I am highly impressed by her management skills and ability to provide quality food and service despite what became multiple obstacles (and big ones).
Thank you so much and I will return!!!

Went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered two STEAK grilled cheese burritos and ended up getting no meat whatsoever just a bunch of hard rice, cheese, tortilla chips, and bread.
If I didn't want meat I would have ordered the cheaper version and saved money 🤦‍♀️ I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to report this and to get a replacement or my money back so I will be going to this location tomorrow to show them and try to get it fixed.
I wish I would have read some of the reviews before eating here tonight.

Holy cow! Best experience and best Taco bell I have ever had! Just ordered some off the wall creations and they were made perfectly and possibly best thing and experience at any Taco bell! Well done staff working on 12/21 2023 between 6pm and 7pm wow!!!
