Ordered Mobile Pickup Drive Thru on my phone, when I got there, I went to the Mobile Pickup Drive Thru specific line, they checked us in, we went to the window, they say that their screen says it’s a Dining Room Pickup, and we are confused because our phone screen says Drive Thru.
They use the excuse of having to make fresh nacho fries, but plenty of fast food places make fresh food that you don’t have to park and go inside for.
So they make us go park and come inside, and didn’t care that we showed them that our phone said Drive Thru.
The guy at the front apologized, but the lady in the back seem to have an attitude.
You’d think they’d honor the fact that our confirmation literally said Drive Thru.
But I guess that’s too hard for them and way too much to ask.
To simply hand a bag out the window instead of having to come inside.
They also gave us no sauce despite having also ordering it on the app!

It takes quite a long time to get the food and it is poorly made.
The chalupa supreme is missing tomatoes and assembled very poorly.
The taco has correct portions unlike the chalupa but the shell has stuck to the wrapper, tearing it apart.
I cant say for earlier shifts but this is expected in the evenings.

Five stars for the TWO employees working on the evening of April 14th.
They were doing all they could to keep everything going.
I really hope the owners take care of those two loyal employees big time! They weren't even cranky as they worked everything in the kitchen and drive-thru.
