The staff was really friendly and helpful.
But the bathroom 🚽 was disgusting 🤮🤢🤮 with hair and urine all over the stalls.
The food is average.
I had a BBQ Burger 🍔.
The ice cream is always the best part.
Their milk 🥛🐄 is also so dang good.
Also the BRA letters on the sign outside need bulbs replaced.

Just a few moments ago, stood at grocery check for a minute like we all do at Braums and after a moment looked around to see if anyone was coming to check me out. Saw an employee (at the entrance door) making a weird gesture like I should turn around.
This employee had been there the whole time and had made no effort at getting my attention until I looked at them.
Finally figured out they wanted me to go to the register behind me.
Asked if the could talk since they didn't say anything and since they had not greeted me.
She just threw her hands up like she didn't know instead of shaking her head no if she couldn't. This person was not wearing a name tag.
This person is extremely rude and has no business in customer service at this point of their life.

I mean this is Braum's the atmosphere is the same.
This store is clean when I have been there.
They are usually stocked.
Now if they don't have something out but have it in the cooler they have gone and gotten something for me, but I try not to ask too much.
