Absolutely terrible.
This is what you will get if you go to the drive-thru.
I ordered a Mexican pizza combo and the box for the pizza was crushed so when you open it the pizza sticks to the top of the box.
Both tacos were crushed and broken.
Also, the tacos are supposed to be supreme.
These clearly are not.
Just look at the pictures.
I had some other stuff as well for my son and his girlfriend but did not get to take pictures of that grossness. Here we are, a week later and I still haven't heard from anyone.
Disgusting customer service.

I put in an online order and arrived at my pickup time (5:45PM).
When I got there my order that I had placed in the morning was no where to be found.
When I asked the employees for help they basically stared at me like I was an idiot and kept saying over and over again there was nothing on their screens.
I kept showing them my receipt with the order number on it and yet again they refused to provide any help or do anything about it.
A manger eventually came out and basically said the same thing.
The manager also refused to do anything about it.
The manager also said jokingly that they had, had this issue before and hoped it wasn't happening again.
An absolutely terrible experience, an unfriendly staff that refused to even look up the order, and a manager who knew of a problem and didn't do anything to fix it and just laughed about it.
It felt really great to show up to a party without any of the $30 worth of food that I had ordered.

Absolutely the most consistently WORST fast food establishment I’ve ever been to and getting worse.
At first I thought it was a one off day for the employees 2 years ago, tacos were literally 1/4 of the way filled with anything at all.
A year later, same thing, then this continues.
I hate leaving bad reviews but this time takes the cake: My husband got our kids tacos and they clearly REHEATED them.
The cheese was completely melted in a hard taco and the beef was soaked through the shell which was like soggy bread.
Hate this place.
We drive 5 miles to find a better one but every now and then stop here.
Never again.
Do better!
