First of all, my to-go order is scheduled for 11:27 and it’s 11:22..the lady came out and offered me a free drink and an appetizer of my choice because it wouldn’t be ready for another 7 minutes, no biggie for me but, I’m thoroughly satisfied with your service.I work for a business called Culture Solutions Group (we fix failing companies, drive culture, increase sales and teach how to exceed customer expectations) , bravo Panda! You guys exceeded my expectations!! Thank you Daisy 🌼
NOTE: The rating is just based on tonight. Normally, the food is amazing and delicious, this was not the case tonight.I understand that my husband and I went according to the drive thru person “closing soon” though it was 8:00pm and they close at 9:00pm, but the way my food was plated was unforgivable.I ordered Chow Mein with Grilled Teriyaki Chicken and Orange Chicken and my husband got Chow Mein with Angus Steak and Beijing Beef. When we got home (15-20 after ordering), I opened my husbands food and it was looked amazing, I opened mine and my Chow Mein was vegetables with a side of noodles. The chicken was delicious as always, but, I could not enjoy my Chow Mein as it was almost all vegetable.I did not eat any as it was not enjoyable but I did spend my time separating and noticing how little I actually got.It is unacceptable to have spent over $20 for this food and only my husband could fully enjoy it.
The workers were very patient. My girls took a while to decide and they were very patient. Restaurant was clean and it was all around a pretty decent atmosphere. The food was really good except my noodles were a tiny but undercooked. The orange chicken was amazing. Highly recommend.3 people, 2 main courses and a side a piece, plus egg rolls and crab Rangoon. $30! I was surprised!
