I ordered food online for me and 3 of my co workers, I go to pick it up and they didnt have the cheesy fiesta potatoes, so she worker tried substituting for hash browns, well I get back to my job and my own order is missing.
I only had a nacho bellgrande meal, so I go back up there to get my food and the guy making the food came up to the window and pretty much called me a liar.
Saying he made the food himself and he knew for a fact he put the nachos in the bag since it was the only one he made and I tried explaining like I literally have no reason to lie about it.
I drove all the way back to Taco Bell while I was supposed to be working just to get my food.

I ordered my food, then requested plenty of hot sauce.
I only got one drink, but ordered two. I get a couple blocks away and discover they didn't put any hot sauce or any sauce in my bag. So I had to turn around and go back to get some.
When I got to my place and opened wrap, everything was just a mess.
Contents of what is supposed to be inside the taco is outside, sour cream slopped all over.
Just a sloppy job whoever is making them.
Hopefully next time they go out and spend hard-earned money on food, they get same service to know what it's like.
What else can I say? If that is how you like to get your food, then by all means, I highly recommend this taco bell location.

Pulled in line at 02:03 on Saturday night.
Finally got to the window at 02:45 and was told it's only pick up.
We'll that would have been great if someone told me that I would have to wait in line for 45 minutes just to be told I can't make my order.
Then she yelled out the window.
The we are for puck up only.
Then started to cuss about people getting attitude with her.
And oh yes I have it on video.
I hope to talk to the manager soon about this.
