We placed a mobile order and went to pick it up through drive thru.We were greeted with I’m assuming a recording of a person and we were not told to wait.We said we had a mobile order and the employee aggressively told us to stop yelling and wait a moment.We were taken back by this seeing as how my friend (the one driving and talking in the speaker) was being nice and speaking clear.She was rude the ENTIRE time she helped us. I get being overwhelmed because there were several other cars there but there is no need for attitude like that.
8/26/23 8am front counter person older lady red shirt.Very rude.Asked for condiments and she charged me for them then told me "it because of canes next door and the cost of doing business.They should take the money they charged me for the condiments and clean the bathrooms literally could use the bathroom because of the nats flying around.Health department def needs to visit this place.Wish I could get my money back.
Came here yesterday and ate breakfast.The guy with gold tooth was professional and nice.Handed everybody the same way.Nice and professional.I enjoyed the experience yesterday....I thought today, let me start my day off again like that.But no, upon ordering thru the mobile app, was greeted by the manager.Older 60-70's white lady wearing a long sleeve blue shirt.In my opinion, she has a nasty attitude.She talks to you with a condescending undertone that rubs me the wrong way.She wasn't very nice or pleasant to the employees either.I sat and listened for a while.Her voice was nice with some people.But some got the other side.Total opposite from yesterday.I would ask her loved ones to be nicer to her if I knew them.Maybe I'll bring her a coffee tomorrow.Just be warned though.
