Taco Bell

It took 3 different people to take my 3 item order, the manager of the store was the one whom made my food directly.
😐 I get a taco that doesn't even have half of the bottom of the shell.
The burrito was rolled just enough that the contents spewed out the bottom.
I wouldn't go back to that same location if it was free.
Been eating TB for 49 years, and the lack of integrity and quality of the food is atrocious.
I know it's TB but even still, it should be as advertised.
SMH.
The only reason they get 2 stars on atmosphere, is because they were playing blues music.
That's it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I have been going to this Taco Ball religiously for about 2 years now.
I didn't have any issues until just recently.
Chuck at the window took my card and $5 in cash and I asked him if I could please pay with cash and put the rest on my card.
He then charged my card for the full amount and stuck the $5 in his pocket...
I then asked why I was charged the full amount on my card when I gave him cash as well and he just looked at me so I demanded my $5 in cash back and he pulled it right out of his pocket like I wouldn't notice...
I will not be returning to this Taco Bell.
I normally never complain even when the food I get is wrong and I have always left Chuck a good review when he asked for it.
I feel absolutely disgusted by this.

Last two times I’ve been here they have forgotten items.
Today I was missing 4.
I understand mistakes happen but 4 items are too many.
