Happy House Chinese Restaurant

In an oasis of restaurant stops, this one shines through in Grandview.
With 10 or more of your favorite Chinese dishes listed on the wall and combo options that come with fried rice and an egg roll for under $10 there’s plenty of reasons why you’ll leave happy.
But best of all, forgot to call ahead and have to order take out ….
before you can say happy house 10x in a row, the cashier will call you to come get your brown bag full of appetite-satisfying magic.

Have been getting food from here for some time.
Used to be my family's go to spot for the spicy chicken wings, but what they did yesterday shocked me & I felt so disrespected.
I ordered 2 large orders of the spicy chicken wings along with some other food.
I normally pop the wings in the oven for a little bit for the extra crisp my husband and I like.
Not these wings though.
They gave us recooked day old chicken.
You could tell by how it looked and how it tasted.
It was burnt and dry looking and tasted super dry.
It came off like some jerky, just tough.
I can't tell you how much money we've spent at this establishment.
But regardless of that, I'm bringing you my business.
The least you can do is give me what I'm paying for, which definitely isn't recooked day old chicken.
Never felt the need to check the food prior to leaving this place, but I encourage those ordering food from here to do so, so you won't get home and be disappointed.

Egg rolls, Springrolls, and Crab Rangoon were soggy messes.
Crab Rangoon barely had anything inside it for such a large piece.
Hot and Sour Soup tasted old. Shrimp tasted really good but the butter sauce was super oily. Edamame was tough
