What a treat! In our opinion one of the best omakase restaurant in Europe.The staff is full of attention and the chef is putting a great attention to detail and passion to make sure you will be satisfied! Also a great selection of sake to go with your dishes.We will gladly come back on our next trip to Madrid.Davy & Blanche
Quality of rice, nori and ingredients are amazing.They may only focus for omakase reservations but we hesitated to commit such an expensive corse for first time visiting place.Therefore we took a la carte.20€ toro maki and 36€ aka gai nigiris were on extra tiny side plate.This presentation didn't make us excited to come back again.
