We had the pleasure of dining here twice while visiting Madrid.
The first visit was a very last minute reservation and I will say it took a while to get sat.
After dinner we went to the bar downstairs and we had a great time, we knew we had to come back.
We would be back in Madrid in a few weeks so we made reservations in advance.
This time we were sat at our reservation time, and again went downstairs.
We had so much fun, the drinks and food were great, we will definitely be back!

Good and friendly service, very nice atmosphere, beautiful place and food was amazing.
Sangria was not on the menu but it was delicious. My only feedback is, when you book at this restaurant, you receive a confirmation email, where states clearly a dresscode (smart casual).
However, this dresscode is not enforced and we saw A LOT of people wearing flip flops and shorts (literally, like going to the beach).

We booked for 6 a week before arriving, receiving, and confirming the reservation twice for 6 people, the second time on the day of the reservation via telephone.
We arrived at a table set for 5.
Soon fixed, but still somewhat set the scene for the somewhat unorganised service. We had to request drink orders a number of times as they just didn't arrive, when ordering the steak, quite bizarrely, we weren't asked how we'd like it cooked, for a restaurant as this, this is a huge failing. None the less the food was good, nothing special, but good. We were charged extra for a starter, we did think we'd been offered an extra piece for the starter dish, as it came in 5 piece's and we were 6 which we thought was nice, however it was an extra charge, which was charged twice. All in all, the interior is what you pay for here, which is indeed impressive.
Sadly, the rest of the elements were not quite there, especially given the price.
