Roots Ayala is my go-to for a nourishing brunch! 🥗 The customize-your-salad bar offers a vibrant selection, where I built a bowl loaded with fresh veggies and delicious proteins like salmon and chicken. Their chocolate banana bread is a delightful treat!

The casual atmosphere makes it perfect for hanging out with friends, and the portion sizes are generous, satisfying both breakfast and lunch cravings.

A little pricey, but the flavors and health benefits are worth it. Will definitely be back!
