I recently visited Manolita Chen, and it was a delightful experience. The cozy yet modern decor instantly sets a pleasant mood. I enjoyed the Thai fried rice, which had a fantastic balance of flavors, and the fresh sashimi was a showstopper. The fusion aspect is spot-on, making each dish exciting. Our server was attentive and clearly knew the menu well. I can't wait to return and explore more of their creative offerings - especially the cocktails! 🍹
