Sullima Eritrean Restaurant is a hidden gem in Des Moines! 🌟 I had the pleasure of meeting Michael, the owner, who shared fascinating stories about Eritrean culture while serving up incredible dishes. I tried the tibsi and vegetarian lentils, both bursting with flavor!

The Somalian rice was a standout - sweet and perfectly paired with juicy, tender chicken in a spicy sauce. The cozy atmosphere made it perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. Plus, their welcoming vibe is great for families!
