Ugh.
The lemonade tasted awful! I got lemonade for my kids and myself.
Tasted mine and figured they gave me the diet one or something.
Tasted my kids and they were bad too! I eat at Chick fila all the time and visited this location while traveling. Then I looked at the recent reviews and they were all bad.
Something happened where this place went downhill in recent months.
Hope they figure it out soon.

I’ve worked at 3 Chick-Fil-A’s.
I’ve worked front and back of house.
I’m not saying that every Chick-Fil-A is perfect but I’ve never had an experience like I’ve had today.
I walked into Chick-Fil-A because I saw that the drive through was extremely busy.
I figured that I could cut some time off of my order if I went in and ordered.
I put my order in at the front and waited at the pick up sign.
I waited and waited for my food.
12 minutes into waiting a worker delivered me my chocolate shake.
The shake was 70% full.
I was disappointed that I didn’t get the other 30% of the shake that I paid for.
I awaited eagerly to get the rest of my food.
6 minutes later my bag of food got to me.
I was disappointed during my 18 minutes of standing at the pick up sign, nobody asked me if they could get anything when I was waiting and I wasn’t the only person waiting.
18 minutes to get my food is disheartening.
I believe that Chick-Fil-A is a great company but I don’t think I would recommend this location.

I’ve been ordering off the lunch menu during breakfast hours for 15 years from 20 plus locations and never once has a location told me no until the Merle Hay location today.
So I cancelled my order and went to the location on University and had no problem.
Not good customer service so I will be only using the University location now.
