I swung by Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Haymarket Square for a quick lunch, and while the vibe was casual and family-friendly, my experience was a mixed bag.

The highlight was definitely the service from Ariana at the drive-thru; her enthusiasm made my day brighter! 🌟

However, I did encounter a hiccup with my order. I asked for dark meat, but received all white meat instead. The flaky biscuits and spicy mashed potatoes were enjoyable, but the chicken could have been more on-point.

I’ll give it another try and hope for better luck next time! 🍗
