El Patron Authentic Mexican Cuisine is a hidden gem in Des Moines! 🌮

I recently dropped by for lunch with my hubby, and we were thrilled with the experience. I ordered the Molcajete Rancho Fiesta, loaded with cactus and topped with delightful panela cheese - it was a creamy sensation! My partner enjoyed the Zapata, which he couldn’t stop raving about.

The drinks, especially the Mango Margarita, were fantastic and perfectly priced! The friendly service and cozy atmosphere make it a winner for any Mexican craving. Definitely a spot we’ll return to soon! 🍹✨
