Suehiro Japanese Restaurant is a cozy gem in Fort Collins! 🌟 I recently enjoyed their lunch specials, which had generous portions - especially the perfectly cooked udon, boasting a delightful chew.

The sushi rolls were decent but could use a little more flair; the spider roll lacked quite a bit of soft shell crab. 🌊

Despite a slight hiccup with service during our visit, the friendly atmosphere keeps us coming back at least twice a month.

Don't skip the Hamachi Kama; it's a standout! Can't wait for my next visit... 🍣
