Edit: I improved my rating to 3 stars to reflect the refund I received for the pictured sandwich.
Did not interact with the employees much when picking up my order, but the service of whoever is monitoring reviews is great! Original review: I like arugula, but the sandwich was 90% arugula; I could not taste a single other thing.
It's really not great, especially for the price.

Update: After writing this review, I did receive notice of a refund.
While I did not expect a full refund, this was a very nice gesture.
Adding one star for customer service response.
Thank you. -------------- Employees were super helpful and nice.
Not busy. We got two sandwiches and a cookie - like $40, so expensive.
They were fine, nothing special Issue here was we added turkey for $4 to the veg wrap, left and drove towards towards denver, opened the sandwich and womp, no turkey in sight.
Too far to go back.
I emailed immediately explaining the issue and never got a response.

We ordered the Cuban and the Italian Beef today and wow -- these are among the best sandwiches we've had in the city.
The bread is incredible and the Cuban in particular had this lovely sharp flavor.
The environment inside was relaxed and airy, and the guy working the counter helped us with recommendations and was really chill and welcoming.
We'll definitely be back soon.
