We have ordered food from this location through the app every couple of weeks for over a year.
Quality of service has severely tanked in recent months.
We've had to wait 20 minutes past our scheduled pickup time for food while staff stands around talking with no manager in sight.
There are often long waits for hot items, even for orders have been placed 15-30 minutes earlier.
We've watched staff slinging food onto counters instead of into bowls because they're involved in conversation with co-workers.
Tonight, I discovered that my order was missing 5 ingredients when I got home.
With so many other fast-casual options to chose from, you might want to reconsider eating here.

This place is amazing! I work nearby and needed food one day and when I gotta say they hit the spot!!! The service is really what I come back for they are all so nice and accommodating.
They always go above and beyond and the food is just down right amazing!! I'm still trying the rest of the menu but sooo good from what I have tried.
Only thing is I wished they had a little tip jar.
Nothing crazy but maybe just a cash tip jar option just for them being such good workers! Definitely go here! It's worth a try for sure!! I only got pita chips and a soda this time around but I'm low key addicted to their cherry soda and chips! Yum! 😋

As a longtime enthusiast of CAVA, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.
This evening at 8:00 PM, I was looking forward to enjoying a meticulously chosen Greens + Grains Bowl.
However, what I received was utterly unacceptable.
The cabbage in the salad was marred with black spots, and its cutting and shape were deplorably handled, as clearly evident in the attached picture.
I tried to overlook these glaring flaws, but it was impossible to ignore, especially after my spouse also expressed concern.
We ended up not eating it at all.
The presence of black spots and the shockingly poor preparation are inexcusable.
CAVA, I expected so much better from you.
This experience has significantly diminished my opinion of your standards.
