CAVA offers a delicious taste of the Mediterranean right in Fort Collins! I recently tried the Harissa Chicken Greens + Grains Bowl, and it was packed with flavor and freshness - definitely a must-try! The atmosphere is casual and inviting, perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner with friends.

While the service is generally fast, I’ve noticed some longer wait times lately. It might be worth a visit after the lunch rush.
