KFC on S College Ave has great potential, but the execution is lacking. The chicken was tasty, but the experience left a lot to be desired.

When I visited, the lobby was greasy, and tables were dirty. After ordering a 16-piece family meal, I was disappointed to discover they didn’t have all the sides available and offered a meager fry as a substitute for biscuits.

It's clear this location struggles with staffing and preparation, making me wonder if they truly care about customer experience. Here’s hoping for improvements in the future! 🍗
