I recently visited Subway at 4801 Outer Loop, and unfortunately, the experience was not what I hoped. The service was incredibly rushed, and I felt more like a nuisance than a customer.

I ordered a custom turkey sandwich, but only half was filled and the bread was sliced unevenly. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not very friendly, which made for a disheartening visit. 😞

Despite the affordable prices and healthy options, the rudeness overshadowed it all. I've heard this location is closed now, which may be for the best. I hope they sort out these issues at their other locations!
